It was published in the Official Gazette today, February 5 the Order regulating the Register of the public sector of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The Public Sector Register of the Generalitat de Catalunya was created by Law 12/2004, of 27 December, on financial measures, with the aim of inventorying all the instrumental bodies of the Generalitat Administration, as well as the set of its holdings in other entities.
The Register is public in nature and is set up as a tool to support the organization and asset management of the Generalitat. The information entered in the Register does not produce legal effects, nor can the data collected in it be used to assert rights before the Generalitat or before third parties.
The Register remains attached to the General Directorate of Heritage of the Generalitat de Catalunya of the Department of Economy and Knowledge.
Entities subject to registration in the Register are, in general, those of the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya, public sector entities and investee entities, and in particular, the entities specified in article 3.
The departments and entities of the public sector of the Generalitat have a period of six months, from the entry into force of this Order, to provide the informative data required by this Order.
