Conference "How to invoice electronically in the Public Administrations of Catalonia"

business_invoiceAs of January 15, 2015, following the entry into force of the Law 25/2013 on the promotion of electronic invoicing and the creation of the accounting register of invoices in the Public Sector, it is mandatory to present an electronic invoice to all Public Administrations.

For this reason, on January 29, the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce organized an explanatory day aimed at companies about this regulation, the service eFACT (General Point of Entry of Electronic Invoices of the public sector of Catalonia), and how to comply with electronic invoicing obligations through different existing market solutions.

The day was attended by Mireia Vidal, Comptroller General of the Generalitat de Catalunya and Miquel Estapé, Deputy Director of the AOC Consortium, among others.
