This new version incorporates new functionalities and improvements both in terms of the management tool (backoffice) and the Public Procurement Portal (frontoffice).
These innovations are focused, on the one hand, on adapting the contractor profile to the requirements of the Law 19/2014, of December 29, of transparència, access to public information and good governance, in accordance with the document approved by the Interdepartmental Commission of Transparència and Access to Information on May 21, 2015. On the other hand, certain adaptations have been made to align with the conclusions of the Final Report of the Golden Book of e-Procurement Good Practices, which establishes a catalogue of good practices for information systems in electronic public procurement.
It is important to note that the behavior of the new required fields is as follows:
• The changes affect the publication of any new phase, so that if a new phase of a previously published dossier is published, it will be mandatory to inform the new fields in the new phase.
• If an amendment is made to an already published phase, it will also be necessary to inform the new fields to publish the amendment.
