It opens today on Digital Governance Congress, which will take place between today and tomorrow, 21 and 22 January, Fira de Barcelona Conference Center and which is organized by the Generalitat de Catalunya, through the Department of Business and Employment and the AOC Consortium, with the involvement of different bodies and departments of the Generalitat itself, and the collaboration of other institutions and administrations.
El Digital Governance Congress pretends to be one meeting space and exchange of knowledge, with experiences and debate on the infrastructures that must enable good governance and efficient public management, structuring an open and innovative administration that realistically responds to the demands and expectations of society.
The Congress, structured in seven thematic axes –public innovation, governance and change management, digital agenda, regulatory framework, transparència and open government, digital identity and services to businesses - is conceived as a forum for the exchange of experiences and solutions to achieve an administration that is closer to the citizen, more agile and efficient.
Among the targets specific of the congress stand out the value of the role of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the AOC in the new Catalan administration, as well as ongoing experiences, ongoing projects and opportunities for collaboration. This first edition, which is expected to attend more than 800 people, will also have a permanent area of networking for companies providing technological services and strategic and organizational consulting.
Congress will be the main one trobada the chief executives of the different public administrations of Catalonia, the main companies in the sectors of new technologies and management, and the most important experts in this field, both internationally and locally.
The presentations will be recorded and will be available for viewing on the Congress website.
