To achieve this goal, the Generalitat has reviewed all the mandatory procedures that companies must carry out with the administrations for their legalization and throughout their life cycle. At the same time, care has been taken to ensure that all the actions that employers, professionals and intermediaries must take can be carried out. from a single point. This point is the FUE.

The AOC Consortium has been actively involved in the plan FUE with the Service of Processing of Business Activities in the Local World (FUE Local), offering to the city councils some ordinances type of reference, some technical tables interpretative,18 electronic forms, as well as the connection to the Company Channel.
It is important to note that all the work done is based on it model ordinances type drafted by the Directorate of Legal Services of the General Secretariat of the Diputación de Barcelona, which has provided the legal framework needed to identify the procedures, homogenize the service letters and define the processing forms.
They are currently 17 city councils Catalans who already have the service of processing business activities in the local world (FUE Local).
To advance in the service, the AOC has the collaboration of an inter-administrative working group formed by technicians from the municipalities of Castellar del Vallès and Castellbisbal, and the Diputació de Barcelona, and as a novelty, during the next April expected expand supply of service in a new modality - “FUE Local for commercial activities"-, designed to cover the municipal processing of lower risk commercial activities through three procedures, which will be available in the e-TRAM. These procedures will be adapted to the Law 12/2012, of December 26, on urgent measures to liberalize trade and certain services, will not necessarily require the approval of benchmark-type ordinances, though they are compatible, and will ensure compliance with the Internal Market Services Directive.
