Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
On July 24, 2015 the Law 16/2015, of 21 July, on the simplification of the administrative activity of the administration of the Generalitat and the local governments of Catalonia and the promotion of economic activity.
With this new Law, in force since 13 August 2015, explicitly regulate intervention regimes that affect the start and exercise of economic activities that until now were at the expense of each city council. Specifically, the activities that the law classifies in its annex as innocuous and low-risk, remain subject to the regime of prior opening communication i statement responsible for opening, and in some cases it is also required to have one previous fire report.
As already advanced in previous entries, to resolve this aspect from the past 1 of October from Consortium AOC has been facilitated automatic discharge of these 3 procedures to 744 councils that have the e-TRAM with generic instance activated.
If to these 744 city councils we add the 25 that had previously requested the discharge to the FUE Local service (which offers up to 17 procedures associated with the processing of business activities), currently are 769 city councils with AOC solutions (via e-TRAM or own solution), which have available to the citizens the electronic procedures to comply with Law 16/2015 of simplification.
What should I do if I do not have the formalities?
Local councils that have e-TRAM but do not have the generic instance active will not have been able to offer these procedures by default. However, they can also request them through the registration form or modifications of the e-TRAM service, or via the FUE Local service, where the number of available procedures on e-TRAM increases to 17.
With regard to councils that prefer to offer these procedures through their own means (and therefore not using the e-TRAM), they will have to parameterize and make them available to the citizens from their processing platform to , and subsequently connect them with Canal Empresa, through a simplified integration provided by the AOC Consortium.
Finally, the following steps of the FUE Local service will be to advance so that the councils that have the e-TRAM can become FUE by February 13, 2016, as determined by Law 16/2015. On this point we will keep you informed of the evolution of the works.
