From the AOC Consortium we have proceeded to activate the new procedure of "Request for access to public information" linked to compliance with the Law 19/2014, of December 29, of transparència, access to public information and good governance, to all those us users of the e-TRAM which they already had of generic instance. With this activation, citizens already have the possibility of carrying out the procedure electronically using a digital certificate.
This activation has been carried out in accordance with the conditions of service provision that establish that the changes associated with new obligations or legal modifications, or the introduction of new functionalities and / or new electronic procedures will be automatically implemented in the services of the AOC Consortium. of the available resources, with the aim of guaranteeing that the services of the AOC Consortium comply with current regulations and speed up the administrative management of the services.
All entities to which this activation has been carried out, of which prior notification was sent last June, have received a communication via EACAT in this regard, with the considerations to take into account.

Law 19/2014, of December 29, of transparència, access to public information and good governance
This form complies with article 27 of the Law on Transparència. Likewise, and in order to comply with article 61 of the aforementioned Law, in relation to the “Right to make proposals and suggestions”, we inform you that the current “Complaints and suggestions” procedure has been adapted to “Complaints, suggestions and proposals”. In this sense, all entities that have this procedure have already automatically updated it, and if not, you can request it through the modification form.
Currently, the AOC Consortium in collaboration with the Generalitat de Catalunya, Provincial Councils and municipal entities is working on a common solution of transparència for local authorities, which will be presented next October and which will allow you, if you wish, to have a space of transparència own your entity.
