The AOC Consortium sponsors the XV Congress of Archiving of Catalonia, which will take place in Lleida on 28, 29 and 30 May 2015, organized by the Association of Archivists-Document Managers of Catalonia.
This XV edition of the congress, which this year is entitled Digital preservation. Permanent access, has about thirty papers and round tables with the aim of creating a space for debate on the digital preservation of archives. 30 national and international speakers who will analyze the challenges that professionals in the sector must be able to cover to preserve digital assets.
El scientific program of the congress is designed to respond to 3 general objectives: What are we talking about when we talk about digital preservation? Where can I go for digital preservation solutions? and What will be my role when I have already contracted digital preservation services?
