The Tarragona County Council optimizes the management of notifications in schools with the use of e-NOTUM

The Tarragona County Council has been using e-NOTUM since 2013, the electronic notification service offered by the AOC Consortium, to make all notifications to the 90 schools in the Tarragona region, specifically the management of dining scholarships and textbooks that are held several times a year.

For the Tarragona County Council, electronic processing means an economic saving (original and copy papers, envelopes, acknowledgment papers,…) but above all a great saving of human resources, as well as a better management of the procedure that speeds up the different stages of the sending of all the communications to the schools of the region. On the other hand, its integration with the DESA'L service greatly facilitates the archiving and consultation of the 6.000 dining grants that have been received this year, as well as other applications.

The Tarragona County Council is currently working to expand the use of e-NOTUM to all other notifications managed by the body, such as calls to collegiate bodies, nursery schools, bidders in procurement, among others.
