La Sub-directorate-general of Internal Security she is immersed in one electronic media incorporation processs in the management of the sanctioning procedure arising from the Organic Law 1/1992, of 21 February, on the protection of public safety, with the aim of increasing its effectiveness and efficiency.
To this end, since May of this year, they have been using the platform EACAT to electronically issue edicts derived from administrative acts related to violations of Organic Law 1/1992 that have not been notified by post. This service aims to make the publication of announcements on municipal boards and the processing of the proceedings derived from this step of the sanctioning procedure quick and simple.
In this sense, it should be noted that the municipalities that use thee-BOARD of the AOC Consortium, the action they have to carry out is really simple: validate and publish the edict that will reach you in draft status on the e-BOARD, and then, when this edict is withdrawn, the due diligence will be sent automatically of return to the Department of Interior.
In the event that the City Council is a user of an electronic board other than the e-TAULER, or of a physical board, it is necessary for it to download the edict that arrives in electronic format throughEACAT, publish it on the corresponding board and, once it is removed, make a response using the form in theEACAT and send it to the Department of the Interior.
In order to make this change process as easy as possible for the managers of the board at the City Council, a whole series of trainings have been organized throughout the territory, during this month of January.
