For those who already have the e-TRAM and use the generic instance, we will facilitate the management by automatically activating the new procedure in e-TRAM "Request for access to public information", In accordance with the conditions of service provision that provide that the changes associated with new legal obligations or modifications, or the introduction of new functionalities and / or new electronic procedures will be automatically implemented in the services of the AOC Consortium based on the available resources, with the aim of ensuring that the services of the AOC Consortium comply with current regulations and streamline the administrative management of the services.
This activation will take place from the 9th of July with the same responsible persons who are currently in the process of generic instance and, first, with the authentication of the citizen through a digital certificate, although from next October, we will incorporate a more flexible and easy system of authentication and signature based on mobile devices.

The AOC Consortium promotes the project of transparència for local entities with the collaboration of the Generalitat, the Provincial Councils and municipal entities, within the framework of the Framework Agreement to collaborate on matters of transparència, access to public information and good governance to promote a common project to facilitate compliance with the Law of Transparència, signed by the Government of Catalonia, through the Department of Government and Institutional Relations and the School of Public Administration of Catalonia, the Provincial Councils, the AOC Consortium and the Catalan Association of Municipalities and the Federation of Municipalities of Catalonia.
This project will be implemented in a set of resources that will offer a comprehensive service to local entities in relation to common technological solutions; legal advice, support and technical assistance; guide to implementing the Law; model ordinance of transparènciaand training for elected officials and municipal technicians.
Currently, the AOC Consortium, in collaboration with the other signatories of the Framework Agreement, is working on several of these resources to comply with the aforementioned Law.
