The presentation of the Manifesto on Electronic Administration, 100 recommendations on e-government for improving efficiency and democratic regeneration. A document of about fifty authorized voices in the field that aims to be a reflection on how e-government is developing in the different administrations and highlight the opportunities for improvement.
