Three AOC AI systems included in Social Services Algorithm Radar unveiled at MWC 2024
The Council of Ministers has approved the remission to the Cortes Generales of the Bills of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, and of Legal Regime of the Public Sector, that will implant a fully electronic, interconnected, transparent Administration and with a clear and simple structure.
This reform is based on two complementary axes: the one referring to the external relations of the Administration with the citizens and the companies, of which the Bill of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and the one referring to the organization and internal relations within each Administration, and between the different administrations, in which the Public Sector Legal Regime Bill.

In this sense, one of the main novelties for citizens will be that the presentation of writs is enabled at any time in the electronic register of any Administration, regardless of who is addressed. It also prioritizes the simplification of the means of identification and electronic signature that can be used for administrative procedures, and reduces administrative burdens by establishing as a general rule the non-application of original documents, such as the income tax return or registration certificates.
This reform entails greater transparency and more agile operation, both for the management of administrative procedures, making all communications between administrations fully electronic in all their procedures, and in the processes of elaboration of rules, by providing, at the state level, an abbreviated procedure, the which will make it easier to provide faster regulatory responses to certain problems.
