The AOC participates in the GovTech conference on local innovation at the service of citizens
Beginning January 15 2015 it will be obligatory for the Public Administration providers to issue Electronic invoice and therefore this must be ready for reception.
In this sense, the service e. FACT has been declared by the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya as a general point of entry of electronic invoices of the entire public sector of the Catalan administrations.
On the other hand, the Generalitat of Catalonia signed the past September 15 an agreement with the General State Administration adhering to the general point of entry of electronic invoices of the General State Administration (FACE). The agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Law, assigns the AOC's electronic invoice service, e.FACT, as the general point of entry of e-invoices for the entire public sector of the Catalan administrations.
Additionally, the day January 1 2015 the new ones came into force Local Accounting Instructions, approved on September 20, 2013 by means of two Orders of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, published in BOE no. 237, of October 3, 2013.
These orders approved the new Instructions for both the standard and simplified local accounting models and the Basic Model Instruction was modified.
The new instructions will replace and repeal the ones approved above and will be applicable to the Local Entities, their autonomous bodies, local trading companies and local public business entities, in the terms established in this regard in the said instructions.
