The e.FACT support portals for Administrations and for Companies have updated their image and navigation, to make it more intuitive and agile, in the search for content.
These two e.FACT support portals are part of the AOC Consortium Support Portal, an initiative launched last February, to offer the community of service users, a space for consultation and resolution of doubts and incidents.
In this sense, each of the services of the AOC Consortium has its own portal of FAQs and diverse resources, and in the case of e.FACT, two different portals are offered, depending on the target audience: one for Public Administrations and one for Business.
El portal of support for Public Administrations is intended to resolve doubts and queries of invoice receivers through the e.FACT platform.
El support portal for companies, instead, is aimed at questions and queries from suppliers of public administrations, who must issue them and send electronic invoices through e.FACT.
