Meetings of SEU-e and e-TAULER advanced users

In the course of the last month, the meetings of advanced users of the electronic headquarters (SEU-e) and electronic board (e-TAULER) services of the AOC Consortium have been held. The participants were selected based on the usage indicators of these two services which have reached their first two years of operation this year.

Despite the close relationship existing between SEU-e and e-TAULER, two respective monographic sessions were held attended by technical and management managers of the following user organizations:

HEADQUARTERS: Igualada City Council, Llagostera City Council, Piera City Council, Sant Just Desvern City Council, Salt City Council and Autonomous Public Health Organization of the Provincial Government of Girona.

e-TAULER: Granollers City Council, Sant Boi de Llobregat City Council, Sant Just Desvern City Council, Viladecans City Council, Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council, Generalitat de Catalunya and University of Lleida.

In addition to making a necessary assessment of the last two years, the main objective of the meetings was to bring together people who make intensive, quantitative and qualitative use of these two key electronic administration tools for optimal relationship of Public Administrations with citizens. The proposed debates made it possible to find out their respective management experience, good practices, needs, shortcomings and expectations of technological evolution.

Thanks to the conclusions reached, the AOC Consortium will be able to specify more accurately the design of future improved versions of both services, such as the new release of the e-TAULER that will be offered from next October 2014 or a SEU-e technological leap in the not too distant future.

Given the obvious usefulness of this type of meeting and the satisfaction expressed by the attendees, it is planned to repeat them on an annual basis.
