The EACAT will be the channel for processing Ports files

As of May 6, official communications, relating to files that affect the public port domain under the jurisdiction of the Ports Service and that are addressed to local entities, will be made electronically, through theEACAT.

In this sense, the following procedures will be performed electronically:

  • hearing procedures;
  • report requests;
  • notifications of resolutions;
  • applications to public information councils;
  • notifications;
  • the diligences of the councils of public exhibition in the board of announcements; i
  • the answers that the local bodies can address to the Port Service in port matters.

The managers of theEACAT you will find this service with the name: “TES - Port Service”.
