In order to comply with the Third Additional Provision of Law 20/2013, of 9 December, guaranteeing market unity, where the interconnection between the State Procurement Platform with other electronic devices for aggregating information from the different administrations and public entities, the AOC Consortium is working together with the Office of Supervision and Evaluation of Public Procurement and the Department of Economy and Knowledge of the Generalitat de Catalunya with the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration in order to comply with it by syndicating the Public Procurement Services Platform with the State Procurement Platform (Public Sector Procurement Platform).
