Starting from the July and August reports, information relating to the digital certification service begins to be collected; the activity carried out by the certificates is broken down. idCAT and T-CAT as well as the number of electronic signatures. Regarding the T-CAT, it also reflects what type of use has been made of it.
Although the summer months have traditionally been of low activity, we find that consultations, procedures, notifications, invoices are still above the results of previous years, as has been the general trend during 2014.
In this sense, the activity in July stands out in Via Oberta, with almost 2 million queries on income and public social benefits.
Finally, we must highlight the large number of new users of the e.FACT service, more than 70 between July and August.
