From the September report, information on the SAVE IT, a digital repository service offered by the AOC Consortium and available atEACAT which allows the management of electronic documents and files during their processing period, while they remain open and until their closure, at which time they must be transferred to the definitive digital archive. The status that documents and files can go through (created, consulted, downloaded, etc.) is broken down as well as the most active users. Specifically, the most active user in the month of September was the Sant Fruitós del Bages City Council. Regarding the implementation of this service, this month it has doubled.
With regard to e.FACT, it should be noted that a monthly high has been reached: more than 8 invoices have been managed and the number of invoices received throughout 2013 has already been exceeded. 73% corresponded to the Catalan Institute of Health, followed by the Diputació de Barcelona. Then we find the town halls of Reus and Sant Just Desvern.
It has also been a good addition to the notifications and is already reaching last year’s annual high. The highest notifiers have been the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Tax Management Body (ORGT) and Barcelona City Council.
It is noteworthy that all the services of the AOC Consortium have an optimum level of availability, around 99%.
