New functionalities of theiArxiu (June 2014)

Below we detail the improvements and corrections made in recent months and which have been included in the new version deployed on June 04, 2014 in the production environment of the AOC Consortium:

  • Various improvements in the management of documentary series:
  1. Centralized management of series at entity level
  2. Changes in the descriptive sheet and status control of the series
  3. Changes in uniqueness control
  4. Incorporation of a search engine at the level of documentary series
  • Changes in uniqueness control
  • Incorporation of a search engine at the level of documentary series
  • Changes in the creation and administration of templates
  • Improved metadata populating when entering a Transfer Information Package (PIT)
  • Automatic creation of the series when the entry is made through the web services of the platform
  • Correction download Excel file of the audit log
  • Other minor fixes
