In order to request access to AEAT data through Via Oberta, the express authorization of the sender of the data, ie the AEAT itself, is required in advance.
This prior authorization procedure has been simplified through the unification of the agreements and forms to be submitted to the AEAT.
Public administrations will have to adhere to a single agreement, the "AEAT-FEMP collaboration agreement on the exchange of tax information and collaboration in the collection management with local entities”, As the text of the two existing agreements has been unified.
Remember that the document of accession to the agreement must be sent to the provincial delegation of the AEAT.
On the other hand, the service request forms have also been unified. Until now there was a separate form to apply for the product "Exempt Public Pensions"; now all services can be requested in a single form.
You can check out the authorization process and the new documents on our website Via Oberta, section “How to request it”.
