This March 2014 has reached the maximum monthly processing history since the entry into operation of the EACAT formalities (inter-administrative procedures), almost 46 thousand. The most used items are again those related to fire: the collective burning and the application for fire permits, which accounts for 36% of the total, and the communication of burning to rural agents, 12% .
For its part, the electronic notifications have been 27.043, a figure that had never been reached, as has happened with the EACAT procedures. The Generalitat de Catalunya has been the entity that has notified the most; specifically, the most dynamic department in terms of notifications has been the Economy and Knowledge (8.730) followed by the Interior thanks to the activity of the Catalan Traffic Service. One thousand and two thousand procedures below we find the Tax Management Agency of the Barcelona Provincial Council and the Barcelona City Council. This month it is worth noting that the following City Council, that of Castelló d'Empúries, with its 11.910 inhabitants (2013 census) has the highest ratio of notifications per inhabitant in Catalonia.
Respect to Via Oberta, if in the month of February the big consultation was the one of data of the Title of large family, this month the most consulted service has been the one of the income, that allows to obtain several certificates like the one of IRPF, the individual of level of income or that of exempt public pensions. This consultation accounted for 29,4% of the total. In this regard, it should be noted that the most used purpose of data consumption has been the granting of grants, subsidies and scholarships (64% of the total). Other services that have been massively consulted are the consultation of public social benefits (perceived benefits) of the INSS, the Municipal Register of Inhabitants and the Register of Vehicles and Drivers. The main users are the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Tax Management Body of the Diputació de Barcelona and Barcelona City Council.
The communications of change of address data they have also marked their maximum with almost 16 thousand. Of the eleven municipalities that have used it, the most active has been Terrassa (5.276), followed by Lleida (3.764) and Roses (3.091).
As far ase-TRAM, it seems that the trend is upwards as these first three months of 2014 have been processed more than the first quarters of previous years. Castellar del Vallès City Council leads the ranking with about 100 procedures; very close, we find the County Council of La Noguera and the City Council of Vallirana. The same behavior is found in services ERES (Electronic Check-in and Check-out) i e. FACT (electronic invoice).
10 new users have been added to Contractor profile, which already add up to 689; 12 in service e-BOARD and 13 al de SEU it. Also theiArxiu has two new users, a total of 49. Of these, the most active (if we count the income of documents) have been the County Council of Baix Penedès and the City of Manlleu.
