The Order HAP / 7/2014 regulates the Register of civil servants qualified for the identification and authentication of citizens in the field of the General State Administration and linked or dependent bodies.

He pretends to guarantee to those citizens, who for any reason cannot access the Public Administration electronically, to have the adequate means to communicate with the same rights and guarantees.
