The EACAT allows you to request a refund of the municipal waste fee

You can now apply for theEACAT the return of the municipal waste tax, corresponding to the 2013 financial year, as provided for in the "Guidance guide for local bodies“. The recipients are both municipal and supra-municipal local bodies, other competent entities, associations and consortia set up for the provision of services and for investments aimed at municipal waste management.
The period for submitting this application is from 1 to 31 March this year.
In order to start the procedure, local bodies must access the SDR platform located on the website of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya.
