JOMCAL 2014: innovation and change in local government

On October 27th and 28th, the VIII edition of the Days of modernization and quality in the local administration (JOMCAL 2014), an event organized by the City of Malaga and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) biannually.

Under the motto of this edition "The moment of shared commitment, of collaborative innovation", several proposals were proposed to successfully face the challenges of the present and the future, from the application of new methodologies to the creation of shared intelligence systems.

During the conference, aspects related to quality, modernization and innovation in local public management, attention to citizenship, e-government and change management were discussed, always within the scope of local administrations.
