La Transdigital network has developed a guide entitled "Open Data Guide for Local Governments", which aims to help local governments approach the concept of Open Data.

The guide aims to explain what Open Data is, what its advantages are and how the first steps can be taken to implement the opening of public data at the level of town councils and provincial councils. In this way, the guide includes examples of applications created with Open Data and reference projects in this field.
