The new version ofeNOTUM has replaced the two buttons for accepting and rejecting electronic notifications that existed until now with a single button in order to simplify user access to notifications. With this change, the possibility of explicitly rejecting the notification disappears and only that notification to which the user haseressat has not been accessed within the following ten calendar days from the date it was practiced.
In addition to simplifying the acceptance or rejection of notifications, this change responds more accurately to article 28 of Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on electronic access of citizens to public services, which is determined by the following:
Article 28. Practice of electronic notification.

The notification system must allow the date and time at which the information is made available to the interested party to be proven.eresof the act subject to notification, as well as access to its content, from which moment the notification is understood to have been carried out for all legal purposes.
- 3. When, after having become aware of the availability, ten calendar days have elapsed without accessing its content, it is understood that the notification has been rejected for the purposes provided for in article 59.4 of Law 30 / 1992, on the legal system of public administrations and the common administrative procedure, and concordant rules, unless the technical or material impossibility of access is ascertained, ex officio or at the request of the recipient.
