The Council of Ministers has authorized the necessary funding for a global management assignment between the General State Administration (AGE) and the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-Reial Casa de la Moneda (FNMT-RCM), for the provision of electronic certification services. This task is part of the Report of the Commission for the Reform of Public Administrations (CORA), and will be applicable in the bodies, agencies and entities belonging to the General State Administration.
In addition, those bodies that are not part of the AGE, as well as other institutions and powers of the State and / or state companies that perform public functions, may join the commission, subject to the corresponding budget. With this global order it pursues to reduce the effort, time and resources of the departments, entrusting organisms and of the own FNMT - RCM. In addition, it will mean one cost savings for the General State Administration and the possibility ofextend electronic signature services to other agencies.
THEentered into force on November 1, 2014 with the provision of services to the central services of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, and on 1 January 2015 for the rest of the departments and bodies included in its scope, with a validity until 31 December of 2015, which can be extended for calendar years.
