On March 18, 2014 the Association of Secretaries, Auditors, Treasurers of the local administration of Barcelona and the National Commission for Access, Evaluation and Documentary Choice of the Department of Culture of the Generalitat organized the Conference "Secretaries of the local administration before the right of access to the public information ”.
With the celebration of this day it was intended to make known the legal framework related to the general regime of access to public information as well as the terms of conservation of public documents and their practical application.
The Conference was attended by 109 people and the following program was developed. The following are the summaries of the papers as well as the presentations that were screened.
