Available a model ordinance type of transparència, access to information and reuse

The FEMP has developed a model ordinance with the guidelines to be followed for local entities to comply with the requirements set out in Law 19/2013, of transparència, access to public information and good governance.

The Ordinance has been prepared with the aim of serving local governments as a guide to being a more transparent and open entity to citizen participation and its application will allow compliance with the obligations of transparència of institutions and the right of citizens to participate and access information.
