The FEMP has developed a model ordinance model with guidelines to follow to comply with local authorities to the requirements of Law 19/2013, transparency, access to public information and good governance.
The Ordinance has been drafted with the aim of serving local governments as a guide to be a more transparent body and open to citizen participation and its implementation will allow compliance within the deadline (before December 10, 2015) with the obligations of transparency of the institutions and the right of participation and access to the information of the citizens.
