The AOC Consortium (with the collaboration of the Department of Economy and Knowledge), to promote transparency in the procurements that are made from the Catalan public sector, publishes monthly the data on tenders, awards and formalizations that have done most of local public administrations, through the public procurement platform of the AOC Consortium.

As of today, the data is available from April 2014. You can consult it at the following link: Open data
