The AOC Consortium has scheduled an online training course to publicize the electronic invoice service offered by the AOC Consortium (eFACT), to know what are its main characteristics and possibilities of integration and to know the added value that this service can contribute.
During 2014, training sessions were held at the different EAPC headquarters, to extend the training throughout the territory. Virtual training is now being carried out, also along these lines, to be able to extend the training throughout the territory and in a comfortable and agile way, adapted to the user.
The objective of the electronic invoice service (eFACT) is to make available to Catalan public administrations systems for receiving electronic invoices from their suppliers, achieving the benefits linked to invoicing procedures (cost savings, streamlining and standardization of processes) and contributing to the promotion and dissemination of the use of electronic invoices in Catalonia.
The course lasts approximately 10 hours, spread over 2 weeks. The course begins on October 13.
