El The AOC Consortium publishes one monthly support service report, responding to its will to serve the Public Administrations of Catalonia and to its commitment to transparency in the management of its services.
The report covers the monthly evolution of different indicators throughout 2014. These indicators include: the degree of compliance with the Support Service Level Agreement, the support requests served, the user satisfaction index, registrations of managed services, etc.
In this sense, last month the support service requests have decreased by 15% with respect to October, but still remain above the average for monthly requests in 2014; and the user satisfaction, is in very positive numbers. In this sense, in a barometer from 1 to 10, in the different parameters, it is above 8, slightly above the previous month and in relation to the NPS *, it is at an excellent level, with 51,09%.
As for sign up for services, this November these have increased by 25% requests for registrations and modifications, mainly due to the increase in the number of applications for the e.FACT service, which has experienced 301 requests for registration this past month.

* The acronym "NPS" corresponds to Net Promoters score, a system for measuring user satisfaction that remains in the positive (9 and 10), the negative (1-6), while ruling out the average, considered passive (7 and 8).
In the NPS system, the goal is to reach the ideal of 100% of 10 votes. However, subtracting the percentage of new and ten, the ratings from one to six, makes it extremely difficult. As a guide, technology companies are between 10 and 50%.
