A couple of weeks ago we published one post echoing the ASTIC's comment that questioned the progress of modernization of the Spanish administrations. The General Director of Administrative Modernization, Procedures and Promotion of Electronic Administration, Ester Arizmendi, respon with a long list of projects and services driven while claiming the real savings that, in his view, their use entails.
