"The service of processing business activities in the local world" offered by the AOC Consortium, makes it easier for councils to have a joint solution for the processing of activities, incorporating standard ordinances (frame of reference), 18 electronic forms (with their respective service letters), and integration with the One-Stop-Shop for Business (FUE) promoted by the Generalitat de Catalunya, which will also be connected to the One-Stop Shop for Services Directive (VUDS) and its EUGO portal.
In order to have the service, you must have approved the standard reference ordinances developed by the Diputació de Barcelona. Specifically, it has the OT of municipal environmental intervention, public safety and health, and the OT of municipal intervention in public shows and recreational activities. Both rules are eminently procedural, and will be updated in line with legislative changes.
Remember that if you already have the two approved ordinances you will be able to deploy the current 18 procedures, although now you can also do it in phases, ie you have 11 procedures available if you already have the environmental OT, and 7 procedures if you have of the OT of public shows and recreational activities.
