Telefónica issues electronic invoices through the e.FACT service

The company Telefónica has issued the following premiums this summer:eres invoices in electronic format to the Barcelona Provincial Council and the Tax Management Agency through the e.FACT service offered by the AOC Consortium to Catalan administrations.

In order to receive invoices in electronic format issued by Telefónica, the administrations that adhere to the e.FACT service must explicitly request this in the contract documents, as has been done by the Barcelona Provincial Council and the ORGT. From the AOC Consortium are provided of use example for the adaptation of the specifications of administrative clauses of the contracting procedures.

Likewise, the administrations can consult the rest dcompanies who are also issuing electronic invoices using e.FACT
