Which is better, developing apps or mobile web "responsive" for eGovernment?

Responsibility, The ability of the web design to adapt to the characteristics of the user interface (screen, but also the nature of the interaction, content, etc.) is important for several reasons.

First of all because allows you to use the possibilities of technology and the nature of their interaction. So, take advantage of touch screens, image quality, keyboard usage; all this creates opportunities and obstacles for user interaction.

Secondly, and especially important for the case of Public Administrations, it is the scope of the medium. Connection figures for mobile devices are not the majority (15% of the total) but relevant and growing. More and more people are mainly using their mobile or tablet to consult information or perform simple or determined interactions, so to ignore this is to turn their backs on them.

If we combine these two aspects, the third falls by its own weight: value added generation. We are on one of those occasions when the possibilities for development are big enough to start on equal conditions for the public and private sectors, and to demonstrate the added value of the public. Integrating the offer of public sector content and transactions with the potential of mobile technologies is a win-win game for administration and citizens.
