Through the Resolution of 19 February 2013, of the Secretariat of State for Public Administrations, the “Technical Standard for Interoperability of Reuse of Information Resources” has been published in the BOE of March 4. This NTI aims to establish a set of basic guidelines for the reuse of documents and information resources prepared or held by the public sector referred to in article 3 of Law 37/2007, of November 16, on the reuse of information from the public sector for any international agent.eresSat.
