Indicators on invoices in e.FACT (August 2024)
Users of the e.FACT electronic invoicing service of the AOC Consortium already have new functionalities such as electronic receipt or communication of invoice statuses via e-mail.
The electronic receipt is the guarantee for companies to present their invoices to the Catalan administrations. The receipt, as a copy of the invoice and in electronically signed pdf format, is available through the e.FACT delivery box, or on the electronic invoicing platform integrated in e.FACT (if this has been state the channel used to deliver the invoice).
Likewise, administrations can also download the receipt by accessing the recipient's portal in EACAT or through the accounting management systems integrated in e.FACT.
On the other hand, the companies that deliver the invoices through the delivery box, will receive the information of the different states associated to the management of the invoice through the e-mail that they indicate and as an alternative to the online consultation of states in through the same delivery box.
