The City Council of Esplugues de Llobregat has approved the modification of its ordinance regulating e-government in order to more efficiently manage the electronic notification of its administrative acts. Specifically, Article 29 has been modified, which is the article that develops the notification by electronic means.
To date, Article 29.1. regulated the notification by electronic means in the administrative procedures processed electronically, while in the new article the electronic notification will be able to practice in any one of the administrative procedures that process by the city council. It is also determined that all standard forms, to initiate administrative procedures or procedures, will include the possibility of the person concerned to indicate the contact details so that subsequent notifications and communications are electronic.
For its part, Article 29.10 determines that the power to determine the administrative acts, formalities and procedures in which the notification will be exclusive and obligatorily electronic will be of the Mayorship.
Together with the approval of this new legal framework, the City Council of Esplugues plans to immediately implement electronic notifications through the e-NOTUM service.
