Terrassa City Council has published one Document Digitization Guide, which aims to establish the work guidelines and criteria to be followed in order to guarantee the best results in digitization, standardize action protocols and the use of appropriate technology in any digitization project that is carried out. at Terrassa City Council.

This guide aims to ensure the reliability, integrity, usability and preservation of digital documents and to define the process of digitization and electronic certification of documents from the general entry register.
