On January 31st, a working session was held at the Esplugues de Llobregat City Council with the aim of increasing the use of services. Via Oberta which are already available in Catalog of interoperable data and documents and to comply with the right of citizens and companies not to provide data and documents held by public administrations, a right regulated in various state and national regulations.
The session, which was opened by the mayor of Esplugues de Llobregat Pilar Díaz, was attended by nearly sixty technicians from fifteen large town councils. The service was presented Via Oberta reviewing the regulatory regulations, as well as the modes of consumption, an exhaustive presentation of the data and documents that already make up the aforementioned Catalogue and the main indicators of user entities and uses during 2012. However, it is worth highlighting the presentation by Josep Monterde, Head of Innovation, Processes and Quality at the City Council of Terrassa, one of the councils that consume the most massively Via Oberta exposing its implementation strategy within the entity.
