The Official Gazette of the City of Madrid of April 22, 2013 published the “Decree of April 9, 2013 from the Delegate of the Government Area of Economy, Finance and Administration Public by which the Instruction 4/2013, relating to the implementation of the electronic signature of public employee in the City Council of Madrid. ”

The recognized electronic signature of the public employee is implemented based on an electronic certificate other than that of a natural person issued by the FNMT and only on a cryptographic card, and the extension of its use, within the framework of the services and procedures of interest. for citizens and in relations between municipal bodies.
