Today begins a period of dissemination on the new management of service users Via Oberta, which from June 19 will be in charge of the responsible for interoperability of each Entity attached to the Interoperability Framework Agreement.
The functions of the head of interoperability of an entity are:
Until now, the interoperability manager had to communicate to his/her managerEACAT the people in your organization who should be authorized to use the different services Via Oberta .
The AOC Consortium wants to go a step further in guaranteeing these services, as due to the nature of the data exchanged, they must be provided with maximum security. Therefore, it will be the interoperability manager himself who will have to assign the different roles to the users of his organization, an operation that he will have to sign with his electronic certificate of the public employee (T-CAT).
In order to ensure the smooth running of this change in user management, we have sent all of us a personalized letter with the name of the interoperability manager in each case, and we have informed them about the possibility of designating not from us. The appointment of new managers will have to be done through the electronic form that will be available from June 5th at EACAT > Procedures> Secretariat> AOC - Request for services> “Responsible IOP”
Through the blog we will keep you informed of any developments in the course of the campaign to formalize the figure of the Head of Interoperability and new user management.
