The AOC consolidates its chatbots with AI: more people served, high level of quality and 96% savings
The provincial head of traffic in Barcelona of the Directorate General of Traffic, Adrià Puigpelat, opened the day with the presentation 'Electronic notification of traffic fines. The DEV and the TESTRA from the legal point of view'. In this way, after 10 days without action by the citizen, the notification is understood to have been made. As for the advantages, we all win: the citizen ensures the receipt of the notification and the company or public administration saves costs and speeds up processing. In fact, Puigpelat pointed out that 119.000 people have the DEV and that this has generated a saving of half a million euros.
