The Supreme Court validates electronic notifications as a means of proof

The Order of the 1st Chamber of the Supreme Court, dictated by the Magistrate Speaker D. Xavier O'Callaghan Muñoz, has confirmed the validity of the notification by electronic means and of the requirements realized by a solicitor to his client using the technological platform of certification Evicertia, of the company Evidencias Certificadas SL The Suprem thus endorses the activity carried out by companies providing electronic certification services and grants full effectiveness and legal validity to electronic communications made electronically in the recipient's e-mail.
