Communications between the Transport Arbitration Board and the Town Councils

From now on, the edicts that the Transport Arbitration Board of Catalonia sends to the town councils for display on the notice board (in accordance with art. 59.5 of Law 30/1992) will be sent electronically throughEACAT.

The edicts correspond to unsuccessful notifications to companies for summonses to hearings and for sending arbitration awards.

Likewise, the City Council's diligence according to the edict has been displayed for fifteen days on the notice board will be sent electronically throughEACAT to the Arbitration Board.
