We remind you that the Catalan Certification Agency has two channels on YouTube, the idCAT channel (available by clicking here) and the CATCert channel (available by clicking here).
On the idCAT channel, citizens can consult different videos, in the sections Procedures and uses, Tutorials i IdCAT in the media. Inside the section Procedures and uses, the citizen has at his disposal videos that show how to check your driver's license card balance with idCAT (viewed 4.252 times) o how to consult the work life report with idCAT (which has 4.751 views). The most consulted video, however, is that of Application for birth certificate with idCAT, with 5.434 views.
Inside the section Tutorials, the most consulted videos are those that show how the IDCAT renewal (7.322 views) and how the Copy of idCAT for use on different computers (with 9.510 plays).
On the CATCert channel you can find, among others, videos of Basics or Technical support. As for the idCAT service, in the section ER idCAT you have videos that show, step by step, how the different IDCAT certificate issuance and management operations are performed.
From the idCAT service we believe that these two channels are a very good tool to solve a large part of the questions related to the service. Particularly important is the idCAT channel, as it is a place where the citizen can find a lot of information that he must obtain by contacting our Customer Service Center or by asking the Registering Entity operators directly. idCAT.
For all the above, we encourage you to enhance this means of communication between the citizen and the idCAT service, so that the use of the idCAT certificate continues to increase.
