RESOLUTION CLT / 534/2012, of 15 March, by which publicity is given to the Agreement of the Board of Directors of the Catalan Institute of Cultural Enterprises of 29 February 2012, amending the Agreement of the Board of Directors of the Catalan Institute of Cultural Industries of November 25, 2009, which adapts the aid bases for electronic processing.

Relevant modifications to the text of the Agreement of the Board of Directors of this entity in 2009, are the following:

1.- Applications can be submitted using a standard form, by electronic means and through the one-stop shop of the Department of Culture.

2.- If the applicant is a local entity or university, it will only be able to do so by telematic means and through the platform eaCat of the AOC Consortium.

3.- Supported identification and authentication systems: through the electronic signature systems incorporated into the DNIe, the certificates idCAT from CATCert and others classified with level 3 or higher by the AOC Consortium, for natural persons; and for legal persons and persons acting on behalf of others, through certificates classified with level 3 or higher by the AOC Consortium.

4.- The status of the procedure will be monitored through the Virtual Procedures Office (OVT).
